Invitation Letters for Visa Application
QoMEX 2009 will provide official letters of invitation to authors of accepted papers. Note that per IEEE Policy, only registered, paid persons, or authors may receive an invitation letter to the conference.
If you are an author of an accepted paper, you may proceed to the Author Invitation Letter Request form.
Papers must be formatted according to the instructions in the QOMEX 2009 Paper Kit.

The paper kit contains detailed instructions on formatting your document and completing the submission process, as well as a description of how the review process works and how to prepare for your presentation at the conference if your paper is accepted.
